Priory, Charles St, Salford
Britplas has been awarded a contract to fit 50 Safevent windows at The Priory hospital in Salford.
Endeavour Court, Birmingham, Birmingham & Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust
Endeavour Court in Birmingham is a non-acute mental health in-patient unit based in the Stockland Green area of Erdington. Britplas will be working alongside contractors Amey Construction to fit new anti-ligature UPVC windows on the site.
The Cedars Hospital, Devon Trust
Britplas is to replace the existing windows with over 200 aluminium Safevent windows at The Cedars Hospital. The Cedars, part of Devon Partnership NHS Trust, has two wards, Coombehaven and Delderfield. Each ward provides assessment, care and treatment for men and women with mental health needs.
Sturt House, Walton on the Hill, Sutton, Surrey (Priory Group)
Britplas has secured the contract to provide replacement Safevent windows at Priory Grange, Sturt House, a 20-bedded step-down facility for adult male patients aged 18+. The unit provides specialist assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for patients with enduring mental health issues and / or personality disorders.
Welford Road, Leicester
Working with Interserve, this is phase 2 installation of Upvc windows at the Glenfield Hospital site in Leicester. The works complete yet another section of the mental health facilities.
Greater Manchester West Mental Health NHS Trust - Prestwich Hospital
Britplas has been awarded a contract to install 3 types of its new backplates at the John Denmark ward at Prestwich Hospital. The Safe Dispense Backplate is designed to address some of the issues of supervised care bathrooms, providing anti ligature towel, toilet tissue and soap dispensers that require minimum levels of maintenance.

Britplas aluminium windows have been installed on this refurb project on the South coast.
Pine Wood Ward , Park Royal, NW London
Work has been completed on this male unit in North West London. Upvc Safevent windows have been installed to add a new level of security to the unit and provide much needed natural ventilation.
Airey Close, Lothingland, Ipswich.
Airey Close is a set of modern, purpose-built, fully equipped bungalows in the Lothingland area, which provide a safe and stimulating environment in a community setting for people with learning disabilities and/or long term mental health problems. This currently includes an adolescent unit and an adult step down service. Britplas have now completed the first phase of works installing UPVC Safevent windows and Aluminium door systems to the first of the two planned bungalow refurbs – next phase to start in January.
